About Marci Kraft, Esq.

Marci is a renowned legal expert and trusted advisor in the field of labor and employment law. Leveraging her extensive career as the former Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at The New York Times, she has launched Marci Kraft Consulting, to guide executive management in the development and implementation of legal and HR strategies, policies and training programs to address a wide spectrum of workplace issues, including harassment and discrimination, diversity and inclusion, pay equity, restructuring, acquisitions/divestitures, and workplace investigations.

Marci received her LL.M, Labor Law at New York University School of Law, J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, and is a member of the American, New York, and New Jersey Bar Associations, Labor and Employment Sections; the Association of Corporate Counsel; Media Law Research Center Employment Committee and Board of Directors, New York News Publishers Association.

In her spare time, Marci is a cabaret singer and studies with the legendary performer Marilyn Maye.
