Additional training/workshops discussing optimal professional respectful behaviors; expanded conversations around bias, bullying, coarse behavior, gray areas that cause discomfort.

Training of HR professionals on how to conduct workplace investigations.


Coaching

Individual coaching to reinforce appropriate workplace conduct.


INVESTIGATIONS

Conduct workplace investigations so as to provide employers with a thorough and impartial review and assessment of workplace behavior as against company policies/practices. This will ensure that employers meet their obligation to address and resolve workplace issues, and also further their goal to maintain a productive and positive employee relations environment.
